Which is better for a magazine website: having an official and Kinja site or Kinja alone? I'm thinking Throttle TV Magazine doesn't work with webs.com that well.

I would say both, I find it hard to place any trust in a company that doesn't have its own website. Then again, I also wouldn't place any trust in a company that uses webs.com to make its own website, so I suppose it would be a moot point in this case.
